Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Goods are delivered to all EU countries.

Domestic shipping (Germany) insured with DHL:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €100.00.

All packages are shipped CO2 neutral with DHL's GroGreen program.

International shipping insured with DHL (EU only)

€9.99 per order.

International Shipping:

For orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are not calculated or covered by us and must be paid by the buyer directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of goods takes place within 3 - 5 working days, and international deliveries (EU) within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
