Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The goods are delivered to all EU countries.

Domestic deliveries (Germany) insured with DHL:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €100.00.

All packages are shipped CO2-neutrally using DHL’s GroGreen program.

Deliveries abroad insured with DHL (EU only)

14.99 € per order.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 working days, and for deliveries abroad (EU) within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
